#Rideralert: Regarding Suspension of Mobile Ticketing

#Rideralert: Beginning June 1st, 2021, Mobile Ticketing will No Longer be Available to Pay TARC Fare.

Beginning June 1st, 2021, mobile ticketing will no longer be available to pay TARC fare.
We thank you for your interest and use of our pilot mobile ticketing program. We intend to bring an improved mobile ticketing experience back soon.

Please contact TARC customer service at 502.585.1234 or info@ridetarc.org, and we will be more than happy to assist you with getting a MyTARC card, if you do not already have one. Mobile tickets will need to be used before June 1st, 2021. Please do not buy new mobile tickets that cannot be used, instead switch to a MyTARC card for purchasing new fare media.

Any mobile purchases that are not used after June 1 will not be recognized on board. Please see the below for answers to anticipated questions and helpful guidance on how to make this transition easy.
