Dear TARC Ambassador:
Thank you for helping TARC to spread the word about the New TARC Network that will be launching on Sunday, August 2, 2026. The new network represents one of the biggest changes in TARC’s long history and will provide more useful and reliable bus service for the Louisville region. It will include new routes, new route numbers, new schedules, new bus stops and new customer information. Nearly every TARC rider will be affected by the change and will need to learn so it is critical to make sure everyone is aware of the changes and how they can learn what it will mean for them!
To help with this, we have created this New TARC Network Ambassador Toolkit. It includes pre-written emails and social media posts, and a downloadable flyer, For availability and information on how to sign up for in-person ambassador shifts at NTN outreach events across Louisville, please reach out to Shawn Reilly at sreilly@ridetarc.org or (502) 213.3276.
And as always, the best place for detailed information is the New TARC Network website – www.ridetarc.org/new
Thank you again for your help on this historic transition!
