TARC and the Parks Alliance of Louisville team up for Jack’s Lantern Trail

October 5, 2026

LOUISVILLE, KY October 2, 2026. TARC and the Parks Alliance of Louisville are teaming up to make it easier for visitors to experience Jack’s Lantern Trail at Iroquois Park this fall.

On Fridays and Saturdays through October, Jack’s Lantern Trail visitors can park for FREE at New Cut Peddlers Mall and ride TARC Route 4 to Iroquois Park by showing their active Jack’s Lantern Trail ticket for that day to the TARC Driver. Before traveling to the event, visitors should check Transit App or Google Maps for the latest Route 4 schedule and trip information.

“By teaming up with the Parks Alliance, we’re giving visitors another convenient way to get to the trail and enjoy one of Louisville’s favorite Halloween traditions,” said TARC Executive Director Ozzy Gibson.

Jack’s Lantern Trail runs nightly October 1 through November 1 at Iroquois Park, and features thousands of illuminated pumpkins and larger-than-life displays.
