TARC and PARC team up to get concertgoers to Louder Than Life and Bourbon & Beyond

Louisville, Ky. (August 27, 2026)—TARC (Transit Authority of River City) is partnering with PARC (Parking Authority of River City) to offer a great option for concertgoers headed to Louder Than Life (Sept. 17-20) and Bourbon & Beyond (Sept. 24-27).

“We are proud to partner with PARC again to offer a great choice for the city of Louisville to experience these incredible music festivals,” said Ozzy Gibson, TARC Executive Director.

Concertgoers can park downtown at the PARC garage (115 W. Jefferson) for $20, which includes roundtrip TARC service for everyone in the vehicle.

• From the PARC garage, board the #4 bus at 1^st and Liberty, beginning at 10 a.m. Buses will run approximately every 15 minutes until 7 p.m., taking concertgoers to Gate One of the Kentucky Expo Center at Phillips Lane and Freedom Way.
• From the festival, board the #4 bus just south of Gate Three on Crittenden Drive to return downtown after the concert. Buses will run until at least midnight.
