LOUISVILLE, KY. (July 30, 2020)

On July 28th, 2020, TARC confirmed a positive test result of COVID-19 for a Coach Operator. This operator last worked on July 21st when they became ill. The Coach Operator was immediately tested. They received their results on July 28th, which resulted in a positive test result.

The bus operator drove Route 4 during the early afternoon hours of July 21st. TARC is suggesting anyone who rode this route on July 21st, 2020 monitor themselves for possible symptoms. If symptoms occur isolate yourself and self-treat at home. If you become seriously ill, contact your healthcare provider. If you experience a medical emergency, seek treatment as you would in any other medical emergency. All TARC riders should be practicing social distancing at all times to avoid exposing themselves and others while on or off TARC buses.
